Minis Forge Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Minis Forge! We craft each miniature with care. This policy outlines how we ship your orders.

Processing Time

  • Since we print and hand-paint many of our miniatures, processing times are typically 3 to 5 weeks (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • However, orders containing only printed, unpainted figures often ship within 2 weeks.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be longer. We will communicate any delays.

Shipping Options, Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer Economy Shipping Method.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Delivery estimates at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Minis Forge is not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship worldwide, except to Russia, North Korea, Afghanistan, and Belarus. If your location isn't listed, contact us.

Shipping Carriers

  • We select the most cost-effective and reliable shipping carrier for your order. Our carriers include Correos España, SEUR, UPS, and InPost. The specific carrier used will depend on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Order Tracking

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Use this to track your package.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination regulations. We will notify you if this affects your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. You are responsible for these fees. Minis Forge is not responsible for customs-related delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged, contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier. Keep all packaging if your order arrives damaged.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Provide an accurate shipping address. We're not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses you provide. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
