Weta Workshop Mini Statue
Crafted in the Mini Statue line at approximately 22 cm tall, with overall dimensions of 22 x 14.8 x 19.5 cm, the skull is made primarily from polystone with small palatial bone elements formed from polyurethane. It is based on the dragon Smaug as seen in The Hobbit.
Features and Display
An obsidian-like stand makes the skull feel like an artifact straight out of the study of Saruman. A stand adjustment allows display with the jaw open, evoking the roar that shook the Lonely Mountain, or closed to capture the brooding menace of its repose. Physically sculpted by Weta Workshop Senior Sculptor and Middle-earth veteran Jamie Beswarick.
