Building upon the armour designed for the film, Weta Workshop concept artist Daniel Falconer reimagined the helmet from the original 2D animation as a fully functional piece of armour, worn and battle-scarred by history. Expert sculptor Shaun Bolton then crafted the design in clay, bringing decades of experience to every ridge, dent and worn edge. Presented at 1/4 scale and 16 cm tall, the helm forms part of a limited edition of 900 pieces.
Materials and Finish
Made primarily from polystone, the piece carries factory-applied paint and detailed sculpting, with quality control throughout manufacturing at Weta Workshop ensuring a consistent finish. A display stand and themed packaging accompany the helm for shelf or cabinet presentation.
