With 18K gold plating and the significant weight of tungsten, the ring looks and feels absolutely right, while the famous words in ancient Elvish runes are delicately engraved on the inside and outside of the band.
Features and Packaging
The ring arrives in a beautiful wooden gift box made from natural Walnut timber, engraved with the same runes. The lid carries The Lord of the Rings logo on the outside, with the Weta and Jens Hansen logos on the inside. An almost invisible elastic hinge allows the box to stand open for display and a strong rare-earth magnet keeps it safely closed, with the inside bottom lined in blue velvet.
Like anything made from natural timber, variations in grain and colour will occur, and the colour may also change over time - an entirely natural process.
