The accessory is manufactured to Hot Toys' Sixth Scale Accessory standards at 1/6 scale, measuring approximately 32 cm wide, 42 cm tall, and 29 cm deep. It arrives factory-painted with screen-accurate detailing that replicates the Stark Tower's automated suit assembly platform.

The Suit-Up Gantry features multiple articulated mechanical arms that can be positioned to recreate the film's suit removal and assembly sequences.
