This is an officially licensed Star Wars collectible statue produced by Kotobukiya under Lucasfilm authorization. The ARTFX+ Commander Cody figure is based on his appearance in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars, streaming on Disney+.
The statue is manufactured at 1/10 scale and stands 17 cm (approximately 6.7 inches) tall. It is constructed from high-quality PVC and ABS and comes factory-painted with screen-accurate details of Clone Commander CC-2224's distinctive orange-marked Phase II armor.
This is a limited reissue commemorating the 20th anniversary of Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008-2020). The original ARTFX+ Commander Cody was released over a decade ago and has been unavailable at retail since then. This 2024 rerelease provides collectors a second opportunity to acquire this figure.
The statue features magnets embedded in the feet, allowing for secure positioning and multiple display configurations on the included steel-plated base. Commander Cody is posed in a battle-ready stance with his DC-15A blaster rifle drawn, reflecting his role as a natural leader under General Kenobi during Clone Wars battlefield operations.
As a special bonus, this reissue includes the second half of the parts needed to build an ARTFX+ Jedi Master Yoda figure. The first half is included with ARTFX+ Captain Rex (sold separately). Both figures are required to complete the bonus Yoda statue.
Note: This special reissue does not include the alternative unmasked head that was included in the original release. The figure is compatible for display alongside other ARTFX+ Clone Wars figures including Captain Rex, Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Ahsoka Tano.
