Azog the Defiler is the second statue of the Morgoth Collection, an officially licensed The Hobbit series produced by Darkside Collectibles Studio. The giant Gundabad Orc is realized in the Signature Edition series by John Howe.
Darkside Collectibles Studio Morgoth Collection
Standing triumphant at a magnificent 90 cm (35.4 inches) tall, Azog is posed from the iconic battle of Azanulbizar outside the East Gate of Moria, standing atop the defeated King Thror, knife in one hand and the beheaded king in the other.
Fully sculpted costumes for both characters were developed with high precision. Cast in polystone, the piece carries lifelike skin detail with the character's characteristic scars, along with faithfully recreated weaponry and armor.
Features and Display
Two heads of Thror are included, a clean version and a gore version for a more brutal, battle-realistic presentation, and an art print individually hand-signed by John Howe completes the set. The Signature Edition series is produced in limited numbers.
